Barchester care home is seeking a dedicated Night Senior Carer to oversee a team of Care Assistants and support the Deputy General Manager in clinical tasks such as medication, assessments and care planning.

You will bring NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a warm, compassionate approach to elderly residents, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates warmth, empathy and a person-centred care philosophy.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants.
• Experience in clinical care for the elderly is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans.
• Deliver high-quality, dignified care that respects residents’ preferences and needs.
