Avalon Park Care Home in Oldham is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to guide a care team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care on night shifts. You will help manage the smooth running of your shift, oversee medication administration, monitor residents’ wellbeing and maintain clear care records.

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required with Level 3 desirable or willingness to study. This role offers benefits including DBS, pension, uniform, and career development opportunities.

• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
