Avalon Park Care Home in Oldham is part of Care Concern Group. We are recruiting for a Night Senior Care Assistant to support a team in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents. The role includes overseeing shifts, medication administration, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care minimum; Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Medication administration training and competency.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the care team to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Oversee shift operations, ensure care is well organized and delivered to a high standard.
• Oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and maintain accurate care records.
