Belong Birkdale is seeking a Night Care Team Leader to guide the night shift and ensure residents receive person-centred care with dignity and independence. You will lead the night care team, oversee medication administration, and maintain up-to-date care plans and records.

The role requires previous care experience, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or be working towards it), and leadership skills. You will thrive in a supportive environment that values compassion and high standards of care.

Formación

• Has previous experience within a care setting.
• Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or is working towards it)
• Has experience leading or supervising a team
• Is organised, compassionate and confident in decision-making
• Has excellent communication and record-keeping skills
• Is passionate about improving the lives of older people
• Experience supporting people living with dementia would be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Leading and supporting the night care team
• Administering and overseeing medication safely and accurately
• Maintaining care records and ensuring care plans remain up to date
• Monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding appropriately to changing needs
• Supporting and coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding care
• Ensuring high standards of care, safety and compliance are maintained
