Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. The role includes planning and delivering personalised care, maintaining records, and supporting residents and their families with compassion.

The position involves 3 on 3 off rotation, day and night shifts, with a welcome bonus of £2000 and opportunities to progress qualifications in adult social care.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
• Background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
• Brilliant positive energy and the ability to get along with people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care.
• Plan and implement personalised care to ensure security, dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team and residents.
• Administer medication under supervision as required.
