• Completed Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 in Adult Social Care.
• Background in person-centred-care planning and dementia care.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement care to provide residents with security, dignity and independence.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care.
• Assist Registered Nurse and Care Manager; administer medication and support activities.
