Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for night shifts (4 on 4 off, 19:00-07:00). You will lead Security Officers on site, ensure safety, customer service and regulatory compliance, and act as the main point of contact for incidents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA licence.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to pass DBS/BS7858 checks.
• Experience supervising or leading security teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate Security Officers to perform duties.
• Act as first point of escalation for incidents and security concerns.
• Conduct site patrols, inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and document actions taken.
• Maintain visible security presence and deter unauthorised activity.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and enquiries.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure service standards.
• Support training and development of security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage shift handovers and site reporting.
