Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Night Assistant in Wirral to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week, on a 4 nights on/4 nights off pattern, with a salary of £26,227.50 per year plus 10% Night Allowance. Sponsorship for work in the UK is not available.

You will help ensure safety, security and high-quality service across the service, using night security systems, reporting repairs and supporting tenancy-related needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• Ability to lone work at night and work as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills including Word and Excel, and willingness to learn Riverside IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate night security systems and alarms and report issues.
• Maintain a welcoming Reception area and assist visitors/customers.
• Complete property checks and report repairs or maintenance as required.
• Provide effective tenancy support and handle related enquiries.
• Keep logs and records accurately and support housing team admin.
