Job summary

CHANEL at 5 Queensway, Croydon, is seeking a Night Security Officer for a permanent night shift. You will protect the site, operate CCTV and alarm systems, and control the entry of staff and visitors after hours.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach to incidents. Two-night shifts followed by two nights off, each shift 12.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Recent security experience required.
• Secur ity systems knowledge and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and professional attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with reporting and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV from the 5 Queensway CCTV Control Room.
• Audit CCTV and intruder alarm systems for full operation.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and relay messages to the Security Team.
• Oversee key management and sign-out/in of staff and contractors.
• Ensure safe entry and exit for staff and visitors.
