Job summary

SPAR Night Customer Team Member, Hillsbrough, is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced convenience store. Min 8 hours per week with potential for more depending on store needs. The role runs from 12am to 8am, offering a £12.71 per hour rate plus a night shift uplift.

You will deliver friendly, high-standard service to customers while supporting a small team and adhering to SPARkling Service standards.

Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding customer service and be friendly to customers, colleagues and visitors.
• Motivated, friendly and hands-on with enjoyment of working in retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with SPARKling Service standards.
• Contribute ideas for driving the business and the team forward.
• Utilise processes and policies to ensure security of people, stock and cash.
• Report customer complaints to the on-duty manager.
• Comply with relevant health and food safety responsibilities during induction and training.
