Job summary

SPAR Thurcroft is seeking a Customer Team Member (18+) to support the store management team and create a positive customer experience. The role is 13 hours per week with shifts between 6am and 10pm, and applicants must be over 18 and willing to undergo post office vetting.

You will help maximise sales by performing tills, stock control, merchandising and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced convenience store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Understanding of retail store procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and locating items.
• Process purchases accurately at the till.
• Support store operations: stock checks, shelf replenishment and date checking.
• Assist with promotions and displays and general tasks as required.
