Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a WHSmith Retail Assistant at Kinross, delivering WHSmith’s travel essentials and exceptional customer service at Kinross Services. You’ll greet customers, process orders, replenish displays and keep the store welcoming for travellers.

This role offers flexible shifts, including 11pm–7am, with up to 14-hour contracts, weekly pay, and benefits such as staff discount and a discretionary Christmas bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
