Job summary

Moto in Kinross is seeking a friendly WHSmith Retail Assistant to join our team at Kinross Services. You’ll help deliver travel essentials and exceptional customer service to travellers, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere and high brand standards.

With a 14-hour contract and weekly pay, you’ll experience flexible schedules and opportunities for development, including funded qualifications. Join us to be part of a team delivering memorable experiences for customers on the go.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests efficiently.
• Deliver brand standards to a high level of customer service.
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Receive deliveries and replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Monitor and supervise adult gaming areas as required.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a culture of teamwork.
• Leave customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Prepare the store for the next day’s trade.

What you'll be doing as a Retail Assistant:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
