Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Retail Assistant for Stirling Services, at M80/M9 Junction 9, Pirnhall, Stirling FK7 8EU. You will deliver WHSmith’s travel essentials and outstanding customer service during night shifts from 11pm to 7am, Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
