Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests efficiently.
• Deliver brand standards to a high level of customer service.
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Receive deliveries and replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Monitor and supervise adult gaming areas as required.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a culture of teamwork.
• Leave customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Prepare the store for the next day’s trade.
