Job summary

Shaw healthcare are seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader at Figbury Lodge, Canford Health, Poole. You will join a team dedicated to delivering high‑quality care to residents, with a focus on supporting service users and families.

As a Team Leader you will supervise night shifts (20:00–08:00), ensure effective communication with health professionals, and develop care plans while building strong relationships with residents. QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring and well organized.
• Completion or progress towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and families.
• Write care plans and update progress.
• Keep Line Manager informed about residents’ needs.
