Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) invites applications for a Night Residential Supervisor at Heathside and The Mews in Warrington. You will lead a care team, supervise shifts, and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered support through the night.

The role offers 24–36 hours per week, a 3 on/3 off rota, and a £14.31/hour rate. A Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience is required, with a strong commitment to dignity and safety for residents.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience working in care.
• A Level 2 qualification or significant experience.
• An effective leader that can demonstrate the values of the organisation at all times.
• Ability to lead a shift and supervise other colleagues.
• Someone who is flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and supervision to residents.
• Lead and support the senior supervisor, coordinating shifts.
• Deliver person-centered care respecting individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with the team to maintain a safe and caring environment.
