About the role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help our difference be felt by our customers on every visit, providing the Partner-led service and passion for food that our competitors can't match - passionate Partners serving food lovers! Key Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and products are correctly placed for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
• Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns on near-expiry items.
• Supporting the shop team with tasks like checkout, managing Click & Collect, and fulfilling customer orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential skills/experience you'll need

• Effective communication skills to work well with colleagues and customers.
