About the Role

There's a role for everyone in retail - including leadership. As a Night Replenishment Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. You will maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure operational standards are met, including safe and smooth back-of-house operations. You may need to work across various store areas and sometimes work alone, especially when responsible for the store during your shift.
