Job Title: Night Replenishment Section Manager

About the Role

As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your section, maximize product availability, and drive sales. You will maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met. You may also work across multiple store areas and handle back-of-house operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. This role offers development opportunities in retail leadership.

You will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. Occasionally, you may be responsible for the entire store and should be confident in store operations management.
