• Delivery of outstanding customer service to residents and visitors
• Manage varied reception tasks, handling telephone services, mail, repairs, and payments
• Uphold safety and security of the building as part of daily duties
• Act as first aider and fire marshal and support health and wellbeing of residents
• Welcome new residents, address complaints, report concerns, and listen with empathy
