Job summary

Stonepillow in Bognor Regis is seeking a Night Support Worker to assist service users in a 12-bed rehabilitation setting. You will help residents increase independence, pursue personal goals and improve wellbeing through recovery‑focused support.

Key duties include updating risk assessments and support plans, recording notes, assisting with budgeting, and maintaining building security. DBS checks are required; this is a full‑time night shift role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is desirable.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a care environment.
• Good communication and boundary-setting with service users.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to increase independence and achieve personal goals.
• Maintain professional boundaries while building positive relationships.
• Carry out key work, risk assessments and support planning in line with CQC standards.
• Complete administrative tasks including note taking, recording money and budgeting support.
• Ensure building security and accurate record keeping.
