Your new company
This part-time, temporary, Receptionist job has become available at a primary school. The school has a very dedicated workforce that focuses on the educational outcomes of all students and aims to create a learning community that is both supportive and safe in an environment of mutual respect.
Your new role
This school is currently looking for a part-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. The role will be predominately mornings (Apply online only). Your time in this role will include: Meeting and greeting visitors
Management of the school phone line
Responding to emails
Checking in/out visitors and other stakeholders
General Admin duties
Taking in deliveries

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have: Strong IT skills,
Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality,
A strong ability to communicate well
Work as part of a team and as an individual
Use your own initiative
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.
We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
