DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon hotel, a 4* 102-bedroom property, seeks a guest-focused team member to welcome guests, manage check-ins, handle payments and perform essential admin duties with a smile.

You will resolve guest enquiries courteously, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay and contributing to a seamless guest experience in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Have worked in a customer facing role.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

What will I do?
