Job summary

Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a night-time receptionist to manage the reception desk, greet guests on arrival and handle check-ins and check-outs with a friendly, professional approach.

You will address guest enquiries and complaints to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction during their stay, while maintaining a courteous manner. The role includes delivering outstanding service and working with minimal supervision in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Courteous and pleasant attitude.
• Conflict resolution experience.
