Role Overview

A Night Receptionist provides night-hour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
  • Keep the Night Manager and Night Reception Supervisors informed of relevant guest feedback and departmental updates
  • Demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times
  • Attend and assist with training and development efforts for the Night Team
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and general hotel information
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services through up-selling techniques
  • Follow procedures regarding foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash handling in accordance with hotel policies
  • Operate front of house equipment and property management systems following company standards
  • Adhere to brand standards and assist other departments as needed
Candidate Profile
