Nights Receptionist

About The Nights Receptionist Role

As a Nights Receptionist, you are responsible for delivering a superior reception experience for our guests. Your key duties include:

1. Providing high levels of customer service at all times
2. Checking guests in and out, and completing night audit procedures
3. Assisting guests with queries during their stay
4. Ensuring compliance with Fire Life Safety protocols
5. Attending all required training courses
6. Understanding World of Hyatt membership benefits and statuses
7. Registering guests promptly with all necessary information to ensure comfort and uphold Hyatt standards
8. Updating guest information in the system accurately and immediately
9. Filing registration cards and backups from other outlets before shift end
10. Charging virtual card payments for the next day's arrivals
11. Handling wake-up calls requested by guests
12. Answering the phone professionally, maintaining Hyatt standards
13. Maintaining an accurate filing system
14. Printing breakfast reports for the F&B team

About You

Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about customer service, motivated to grow, and eager to join a dynamic, sociable team.
