Job description

To provide a professional and efficient front of house service at Bolton Wanderers Football Club, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and timely assistance. This role is pivotal in creating a great first impression and upholding the club's high standards of hospitality and customer service for all guests visiting the venue.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Greet all visitors to the stadium in a warm, welcoming and professional manner.
  • Answer and respond to telephone calls and emails promptly, directing calls appropriately.
  • Managing the visitors logging system, signing in any contractors, ensuring the correct passes are issued.
  • Assisting the Facilities Department with administration duties as required.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable in line with company standards.
General Responsibilities
  • BWFC seek to ensure that all children and young people are protected and kept safe from harm while they are with staff and volunteers within Bolton Wanderers activities. Everyone at Bolton Wanderers has a safeguarding responsibility to all work colleagues, fans and any vulnerable adults and children.
  • Be an ambassador of the Group, providing excellent customer service at all times whilst portraying a professional image.
  • Perform other duties as required, which are considered relevant to the post and to the objectives of the Group as identified by the Executive Assistant or Head of Facilities.
  • Treat all colleagues as customers ensuring respectful positive outcomes across communications.
  • Adhere to and abide by all BWFC policies, procedures, and guidelines especially remembering responsibilities to others under Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity.
  • This post is subject to a DBS disclosure.

This role is part time working Monday to Friday 12pm-5pm plus matchdays.
