Job summary

Travelodge Towcester Silverstone is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day. No experience is required, as we provide full training, and you will join a fun, supportive team with flexible hours.

You may walk corridors, handle occasional noise issues, and assist with breakfast prep or bar service. Opportunity to progress through our Aspire Programme and related incentives.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times\"
