Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) is seeking friendly staff to welcome guests and check them in across our busy properties. You will walk the corridors, respond to guest requests and help maintain a spotless, well‑presented hotel environment.

You’ll also prepare the hotel for the next day—setting up housekeeping trolleys, prepping breakfast service, and, on occasion, serving behind the bar. In return, enjoy staff benefits including room discounts, pension, Aspire progression, and recognition events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk the corridors at regular intervals and handle issues like noise complaints and evictions.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, prep for breakfast service, and occasionally serve behind the bar.
