Job summary

Travelodge Maldon Maldon is looking for a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and contribute to a fun, supportive team with flexible shifts to suit everyone.

No experience is required as we coach you through every step. Your duties include patrolling corridors, addressing noise issues and evictions when needed, preparing for the next day, arranging housekeeping trolleys, setting up breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
