Job summary

Travelodge Birmingham Central Bull Ring is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in, and keep the hotel running smoothly during the night shift.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Join a fun, flexible team with opportunities to progress through Aspire Programme and enjoy staff discounts plus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at night.
• Walk corridors, monitor for issues, and resolve minor problems.
• Prepare hotel for the next day: housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
