Job summary

Staycity Group is hiring a Night Reception Team Member in Edinburgh to deliver exceptional guest service during night shifts. You will handle late check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, payments, and reservations using Opera and other platforms, while ensuring security and smooth nightly operations.

The role requires strong communication, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail. Training is provided for Opera usage and property procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a must, as full training is provided.
• Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a must, as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Guest service delivery.
• Covering late check-ins and late check-outs.
• Confidently handling guest queries or complaints.
• Processing payments.
• Manage reservations through Opera and other platforms.
• Overnight linen management.
• CCTV monitoring and control building access to maintain property security and safety checks.
• Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports for management.
