Job summary

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Edinburgh is seeking a Night Reception Team Member to join our frontline guest service team. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals and departures, handling front desk tasks and guest interactions with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Comfort with front-desk tasks and admin duties.
• Ability to work on a 4 nights on – 4 nights off shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
• Provide excellent guest service at the front desk and process administration of tasks; be the first contact for arrivals, departures and guest interactions.
• Handle guest requests and enquiries promptly and in line with hotel policies.
• Work on a 4 nights on - 4 nights off schedule.

As our next Night Reception Team Member:

• You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
• You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks,being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
• You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel's policies.
• You will be working on a 4 nights on - 4 nights off schedule
