Job summary

Essential Recruitment is working with a Brassington-based manufacturer of ball clay and talc to recruit a reliable Production Operative for an ongoing night shift role. The position requires operating machinery, minding equipment, bagging products and manual handling up to 25kg, plus forklift operation.

Training is provided, with immediate start available and weekly pay. Because of the remote location, candidates must have their own transport to be considered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative or Machine Operator roles.
• Forklift licence required.
• Own transport due to remote location.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and machine minding.
• Bag products and perform manual handling up to 25kg.
• Operate forklift truck.
• Palletising and quality checks.
