Essential Recruitment in Brassington is seeking a Production Operative for ongoing, day-shift work. You will operate machinery, mind machines, bag products and handle up to 25kg, including forklift duties. Transport is required due to the remote location, with immediate start offered.

Typical hours are 6.30am–5pm or 7am–5.30pm, with a £14.04 hourly rate and potential pay increases with training. Weekly pay and employer support are provided in this long-term role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production/Manufacturing or Machine Operator roles.
• Forklift licence required or in progress.
• Own transport due to remote Brassington location.

Responsibilities

• Bagging products and operating machinery.
• Machine minding and palletising.
• Operating a forklift truck.
• Manual handling up to 25kg and quality checks.
