Job summary

Manpower UK Limited seeks a Production Operative / Machine Operator for an established manufacturing company on the outskirts of Banbury. This full-time, day-shift role supports the manufacture of customer orders at various stages of the production process.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and quality. A moderate level of fitness is required to handle materials safely, and own transport is preferred due to location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting with cutting, moulding, sanding and spraying materials for customer orders.
• Sorting and placing MDF boards or items onto tables and racks.
• Packaging and labelling orders for delivery or collection in line with the production schedule.
