Village Hotel Maidstone is seeking a Night Porter to be the engine of the overnight shift. You’ll welcome late arrivals, carry out security checks, manage night audits, and support bar and room-service operations to keep the warm Village experience alive after hours.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Checking in late arrivals and ensuring guests feel at home with a warm, energetic approach.
• The Protector: Overnight security checks, night audits, cash handling, and switchboard management.
• The All-Rounder: Supporting bar service, room service, cleaning public areas, and setting up meeting rooms for the day team.
