Job summary

Holiday Inn Stevenage is seeking a Night Porter to help ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during night hours, with routine checks and coordination of late-night operations.

You will support early morning breakfast prep and liaise with guests to resolve issues in a courteous, professional manner across hotel departments.

Flexibility to work night shifts, keen attention to detail and strong communication are essential to delivering high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
• Strong communication to interact with guests and staff.
• Customer service to assist guests and handle requests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and the hotel at night.
• Perform a minimum of two security checks at regular intervals.
• Assist with early-morning breakfast preparation at 6am.
• Liaise with guests and residents, resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Support operations across departments as needed to deliver service.
