Role: Night Porter

Location: Belfast

Salary: £12.50 Per Hour, 31.5 Hours, 4 on 4 off shifts

The Night Porter oversees the hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, managing guest expectations and maintaining brand standards. This hands-on role involves managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests, keeping public areas clean, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, handling inquiries, and conducting nightly Health and Safety audits. The ideal candidate is organized and an excellent communicator.

Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and night shift experience is essential.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts and hours. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
