Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a hotel operations teammate in Cambridge to help with guest check-in/check-out, luggage assistance, and general front-of-house duties. You will clean and maintain lobby, meeting spaces, and service areas while upholding safety procedures.

The role requires good English, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a busy hotel environment as part of a friendly team. Training may be provided through the Dalata Academy and internal development opportunities

Responsibilities

• Check in and out hotel guests and assist with luggage/porterage.
• Clean lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar areas.
• Clean other areas as directed and set up function rooms.
• Maintain front entrance cleanliness and waste removal.
• Understand hotel's fire procedures and safety.
• Set up meeting rooms.
