Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Night Porter to support guest services and property upkeep. This role includes checking guests in/out, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby and back areas. Training is provided through the Dalata Academy to develop essential hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out hotel guests and assist with guest luggage requests.
• Clean and maintain areas including lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant, bar and meeting room floors.
• Assist with setup of function rooms and breakfast area as directed.
• Maintain the front entrance and exterior of the hotel, keeping it clean and tidy.
• Follow fire procedures to ensure the safety of staff and guests at all times.
