Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of our kitchen. You will help monitor food quality, maintain supplies, and ensure hygiene and HACCP standards are met.

The role requires previous kitchen experience, flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to work well in a team or on your own initiative within a friendly hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring of food; maintain clean ware/cooking ware and kitchen utensils.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.
