Doubletree by Hilton Templepatrick seeks a dedicated Night Porter to welcome guests, support reception, and maintain a secure, high-standards environment overnight. Shifts typically run 10pm–6am or 11pm–7am, with full- and part-time positions available.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, smooth operations, and teamwork with the night management. You will manage cash handling, crew coordination, and daily housekeeping tasks while ensuring safety and a warm, professional guest experience

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts (10pm–6am or 11pm–7am).
• Reliable, friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest satisfaction and report issues to management.
• Handle cash and perform reconciliation.
• Operate in-house reception procedures and equipment during night shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and high service standards in all areas.
• Ensure hotel safety, security, and incident reporting.
• Assist with room setup, function prep, and breakfast setup for next day.
