The Lamb inn is seeking a Night Porter to join our friendly team in Hindon. You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling late arrivals, and ensuring the security and cleanliness of the pub and hotel during the night.

A passion for exceptional service and a detail‑oriented approach will help you excel. You will perform routine health and safety checks, assist with breakfast setup, and support guests with requests while working independently when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Impeccable eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with late check-ins.
• Deal with guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the night.
• Maintain room standards and carry out health and safety checks.
• Clean the pub and prepare the premises for breakfast service.
