Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Night Porter for Goodenough College to help ensure smooth operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 36 hours per week. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer care and cleanliness, with rotating shifts over 4 days on, 4 days off, weekends included.

You will assist in keeping public areas clean, support housekeeping and events teams, respond to guest requests, run errands, and help ensure safety with clear wet floor signage.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping the lobby and other public areas clean and tidy.
• Help housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff to set up rooms or move furniture.
• Respond to customer requests as required.
• Run errands as needed.
• Ensure safety by placing/removing signage for wet floors or paint areas.
