Job summary

Village Hotel Club in Wakefield is seeking a Night Porter to keep our 24/7 service running smoothly. You’ll work with the night team, handle guest needs, assist with check-in transitions, and support bar service and room service orders. You’ll need initiative, problem-solving, and a friendly, proactive approach to guest care.

Night Porter

As our Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night team, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solving problems and be versatile, supporting all departments. This is a really varied role, where you will be involved in every step of our customer journey, from check in through to preparing room service orders and serving on the bar.
