Chef & Brewer is seeking a Night Porter to safeguard guests, staff and the venue overnight, while delivering a warm, welcoming experience. You will handle late check-ins, respond to inquiries, and maintain security with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

This role emphasizes safety, guest service, and the ability to stay composed during busy periods, contributing to the overall guest stay and the pub’s smooth night-time operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to welcome guests and handle late check-ins.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining high standards.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
