Job summary

Greene King's Hungry Horse pub in Preston is seeking a Night Porter to help keep guests safe and ensure a smooth overnight operation. You will be the first point of contact for late arrivals, monitor security, assist staff, and respond quickly to emergencies.

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You'll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

What you'll do as a Night Porter...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.
• In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
