As our next Night Porter, you…

Will be the ‘face’ of Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel, welcoming guests warmly during the night, prioritizing their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.

Assist in the general night-time operations of the hotel and support other departments in preparing for the next day.

Be an autonomous, passionate individual committed to enhancing the quality of hotel services.

Conduct night audits and safety checks to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.

Possess confidence in guest relations, providing attentive service to all guests, including those with special needs.

Additional information:

You will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures to support your success in the role.

Joining as a Night Porter means becoming part of a friendly team of 11 talents. The hotel features 77 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, a breakfast area, restaurants, and a bar.

Fluency in English is required to best serve our guests.
